The Arvora™ Neck Pillow is a contoured memory foam cervical pillow designed to support the natural curve of your neck while you sleep. The wave shape provides a lower central recess for back sleepers and raised side lobes for side sleepers — one pillow that works with how you actually sleep, not against it.

The memory foam core responds to the weight and warmth of your head, contouring to your individual shape and returning to form when you wake. The cover is a soft polyester-cotton blend (100 thread count), removable for washing.

Probably not well. The contoured shape is designed for side and back sleepers. Stomach sleeping is generally not recommended for cervical health regardless of pillow, as it requires rotating the neck to one side for the duration of sleep. If you're committed to stomach sleeping, a flat, low-profile pillow is more appropriate than a contoured one.
